Women's Health Tips from Dr. Thomas T. (MBBS/MPH)

Contraceptives: Your Body, Your Choice 🤍 Family planning is not a sin. It is not selfish. It is not lack of faith. It is wisdom. It is preparation. It is love. Choosing when to have a baby allows you to prepare emotionally, physically, and financially. A planned pregnancy is safer for both mother and child. There are different options — pills, implants, injections, IUDs, condoms — and what works for one woman may not work for another. Speak to a qualified health professional. Ask questions. Understand your body. Because protecting your future is powerful 💪🏽 #EveryWomanHealthByTD #FamilyPlanning #ContraceptionAwareness #WomenHealthMatters #PlannedPregnancy #SafeMotherhood #ReproductiveHealth #InformedChoices #HealthyFamilies #YourBodyYourChoice
