Police have released CCTV images showing a man wanted in connection with the deaths of his wife and two daughters leaving the United Kingdom days before their bodies were discovered at their home in Bedford.

Investigators believe 45-year-old Ndodana Tshuma, also known as Mark Tshuma, travelled to Zimbabwe shortly before officers found the three victims during a welfare check.

CCTV Captures Suspect at Heathrow Airport

Bedfordshire Police said Tshuma was recorded on surveillance cameras at Heathrow Airport on Saturday as he boarded a flight out of the country.

The footage shows him dressed in black clothing with a blue sweater draped over his shoulders, wearing an Apple Watch and carrying bottles of water and Coca-Cola while pushing a suitcase through an airport e-gate with a boarding pass in hand.

Police believe he left Britain two days before the bodies of his wife, Zandile Tshuma, and daughters Natalie, 15, and Nala, 5, were discovered inside the family’s home.

Detectives Appeal for Suspect to Surrender

Senior investigating officer Detective Inspector Lee Martin said the investigation remains fast-moving and complex, with authorities now working alongside national and international law enforcement agencies.

Martin appealed directly to Tshuma to surrender to police, stating that the deaths had caused unimaginable suffering for relatives and friends and emphasizing that criminal investigations extend across international borders.

Investigators believe Tshuma is currently in Zimbabwe and say efforts to locate and arrest him are ongoing.

Police Continue Complex Triple Homicide Investigation

Assistant Chief Constable John Murphy described the deaths as a deeply distressing incident involving a mother and her two children.

He confirmed that detectives have identified a suspect known to all three victims and believe he fled the country shortly after the alleged offences.

While police have stressed there is no indication of any wider threat to the public, additional officers have been deployed in the local area to reassure residents and support the investigation.

Authorities have also urged the public to avoid speculation while inquiries continue.

Family Lived in Bedford Home Purchased Two Years Ago

The family, who are understood to have originated from Zimbabwe, lived in a detached property in Carnoustie Drive that was purchased around two years ago.

Neighbours described the family as respectable and financially comfortable, noting that the home had undergone extensive renovations in recent years.

The property reportedly features four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a swimming pool.

Flowers have since been placed outside the residence by members of the community paying tribute to the victims, with one mourner describing Zandile Tshuma as a gracious mother.

Suspect Worked as Senior IT Manager

According to publicly available professional profiles, Tshuma worked as a senior IT manager earning a six-figure salary.

He studied Management Information Systems at Solusi University in Zimbabwe before completing a degree in Computing Informatics at the University of Plymouth.

He later obtained a diploma in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City St George’s, University of London, and described himself professionally as a results-oriented IT leader.

Police Seek Witnesses

Detectives are continuing to gather evidence and have appealed for anyone who may have seen suspicious activity in the Carnoustie Drive area, particularly on Friday or Saturday before the bodies were discovered, to contact Bedfordshire Police.

Investigators say every available line of inquiry is being pursued as efforts continue to locate Tshuma and establish the full circumstances surrounding the deaths of Zandile, Natalie and Nala.
