Kaley Cuoco put her growing family firmly in the spotlight at the 2026 Emmy Awards, arriving on the red carpet with fiancé Tom Pelphrey just weeks before they welcome their second child.

The 40-year-old actress proudly displayed her pregnancy in a pastel pink gown featuring dramatic cut-out detailing around the waist.

The outfit highlighted her growing baby bump as she posed alongside Pelphrey, 44, who looked sharp in a classic suit and bow tie.

The couple are already parents to three-year-old daughter Matilda and are expecting another girl.

Tom Pelphrey Celebrates Emmy Win With Emotional Tribute

The evening became even more memorable for Pelphrey when he collected his first Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his role in Task.

During his acceptance speech, Pelphrey became emotional as he thanked God, his family and friends for supporting him throughout his career and his journey in sobriety.

He then turned his attention to Cuoco, describing her as his love, best friend and partner.

Pelphrey also affectionately addressed their daughter Matilda and their unborn baby, telling both of his girls how much he loved them.

The emotional moment was followed by a kiss between the couple as they celebrated his major career achievement together.

Couple Preparing to Welcome Another Daughter

Cuoco and Pelphrey announced earlier this year that they were expanding their family, sharing the news with fans through a series of family photographs.

The couple included Matilda in the pregnancy announcement, posing together with a gender-reveal cake before revealing that their second child would also be a girl.

Cuoco later shared baby-bump photographs on social media and described the pregnancy as a dream come true.

She acknowledged that the second pregnancy had been challenging in different ways but said the family was extremely grateful for the moment.

The actress also joked about her daughter’s reaction to becoming a big sister, sharing a playful photograph that showed Matilda giving the camera the middle finger.

Cuoco and Pelphrey’s Relationship Began in 2022

The couple first met in April 2022 after their mutual talent manager introduced them.

Their relationship developed quickly, and Pelphrey proposed to Cuoco in 2024.

The pair announced their engagement in August that year.

Cuoco welcomed Matilda in early 2023, marking her first experience of motherhood.

The actress has also been open about the pressures placed on mothers and has pushed back against the culture of mom-shaming.

Speaking in 2024, Cuoco said she believed mothers were generally doing the best they could and argued that parents should not be subjected to constant criticism over their choices.

She also emphasized that every child is different and that an approach that works for one family may not necessarily work for another.

Emmy Night Delivers Major Wins Across Television

While Cuoco’s pregnancy attracted attention on the red carpet, Pelphrey’s victory was among several major moments at the 2026 Emmys.

Widow’s Bay emerged as the night’s dominant comedy winner, taking home Outstanding Comedy Series along with several acting, writing and directing awards.

Matthew Rhys made history by winning two leading acting awards in a single night, taking Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for Widow’s Bay and Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie for The Beast in Me.

On the drama side, The Pitt claimed Outstanding Drama Series, with Noah Wyle winning Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series.

Rhea Seehorn won Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for Pluribus, while Jean Smart secured another Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series victory for Hacks.

Pelphrey’s Emmy for Task nevertheless gave the evening a particularly personal significance, allowing him to celebrate one of the biggest professional milestones of his career alongside Cuoco and their growing family.
