How To Resolve Npower Batch C Deployment 2021 Issues

Those currently experiencing one issue or the other with their Npower status should call 018888340 or 018888189 or send a message to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng.

Those having issues with their appointment letter should follow the instructions below;

Login to your dashboard and click the “deployment” tab
Click on download PPA letter button to download your PPA Letter
Enter account number and BVN information
Download PPA letter

Those who were asked to change their programme because it wasn’t available in their local government and did so but haven’t been deployed should wait 72 hours because deployment is still ongoing.

If there is no deployment after 72 hours, you can send your information to N-power via email.

Please note that if the Npower programme is not available in your local government area, you must choose another programme and wait for updates on your Npower deployment status through the NASIMS portal.

    I was asked to change my programme and I did. Then I got an email saying I’ve been deployed the second day but It hasn’t reflected on my portal.
