Pregnant television presenter and podcast host Vogue Williams has sparked fresh conversation among fans after revealing that the name chosen for her fourth baby is far from ordinary.

The 40-year-old star, who is expecting her child with husband Spencer Matthews, hinted that the name they have settled on is so unusual that even she is taken aback by it.

The comment comes at a time when celebrity baby names are already under intense public attention, especially following the recent birth announcement from Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury, whose newborn son’s name has not yet been revealed.

With the couple previously naming their daughter Bambi, fans are once again waiting to see what direction they take next.

“The Name We Love Is F****d” – Vogue’s Podcast Revelation

During a recent episode of her podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me, Vogue dropped the eyebrow-raising tease while discussing preparations for her upcoming arrival.

She told listeners that the name she and Spencer have chosen is “mad,” adding bluntly: “I’m just going to warn everyone, the name we love is f****d. Okay. It’s mad.”

Her co-host Joanne McNally quickly reacted with surprise, backing up the sentiment while also joking about the chaos of expanding a family.

“Oh god. It’s mad,” she said, before adding that having four children alone puts the entire experience into a different category of intensity.

McNally joked that with a fourth child on the way, “everything associated with the fourth kid is also going to be away with the fairies,” suggesting the family had entered a new, more unpredictable phase.

A “Big First Name” With a Backup Plan

Vogue went on to explain that even the reaction to the name from her close friend Joanne made her realise just how bold the choice might be.

According to her, when she first shared the name privately, Joanne visibly flinched.

That reaction alone, Vogue admitted, made her think: “Oh, it’s a big name.”

She also revealed that the name carries such weight that they have considered balancing it out with a more traditional middle name, giving their child flexibility in how they choose to be known later in life.

Joanne chimed in again, describing the name as “the heaviest hitter yet,” suggesting it stands out even in a world where celebrity children are often given unconventional names.

A Family Already Known for Unusual Choices

Vogue and Spencer are already parents to three children — Theodore, seven, Gigi, five, and Otto, three — a family that has grown steadily over the years.

Their household is no stranger to distinctive naming choices, and fans have often commented on how each child’s name carries its own personality.

With baby number four on the way, attention has naturally intensified around whether the couple would continue that trend or surprise everyone in a different direction.

Vogue herself joked during the podcast that even her own name has caused discussion in the Matthews family.

She recalled a humorous moment when Spencer’s father once suggested she might prefer to go by her middle name instead, calling “Maria” a “lovely name,” a suggestion that was quickly dismissed.

Pregnancy After Loss and Emotional Journey

Beyond the light-hearted name discussion, Vogue has also spoken openly about the emotional weight behind this pregnancy.

She announced in April that she was expecting again but later revealed she had experienced two miscarriages, including one particularly painful loss just a year ago.

The presenter shared that the experience left her feeling as though her body had “failed her,” describing the emotional toll as both difficult and deeply personal.

Her first miscarriage occurred very early in pregnancy before the birth of her daughter Gigi, a loss she described as “really upsetting,” though she later went on to welcome her daughter in 2020.

More recently, she experienced another heartbreaking moment after a 12-week scan revealed that the pregnancy had not developed as expected.

Vogue admitted she felt “really embarrassed” and devastated by the experience, which made her current pregnancy feel more anxious and emotionally complex.

Spencer Matthews Speaks on the Journey

Spencer Matthews also opened up about the couple’s journey to expanding their family, acknowledging that this pregnancy has not come as easily as previous ones.

He described the process as more difficult than expected, explaining that there were “more bumps in the road” this time around.

Despite the challenges, he emphasised gratitude for their three existing children and said the couple feels fortunate to be expecting again.

Together, the pair have framed the pregnancy as both joyful and emotionally layered, shaped by past losses but grounded in appreciation for the family they already have.

Fans Await the Big Reveal

As speculation continues online, fans remain eager to learn what Vogue and Spencer will ultimately name their fourth child.

With Vogue herself describing it as “mad” and even her close friends reacting with surprise, anticipation is only growing.

For now, the couple are keeping the final reveal under wraps — but if their comments are anything to go by, the name is unlikely to go unnoticed when it finally arrives.
