President Tinubu’s Appointments for Federal Information and Orientation Agencies

President Bola Tinubu has announced the appointment of eight new Chief Executive Officers to lead key Parastatals and Agencies within the Federal Ministry of Information and National Orientation.

The appointments were revealed in a statement released by the President’s Special Adviser, Ajuri Ngelale. President Tinubu has charged the new leadership with the responsibility of generating fresh and innovative opportunities for the Nigerian populace.

Furthermore, the President has encouraged the newly appointed leaders to capitalize on the ongoing effective reforms in these significant government institutions to promote unity and reshape the mindsets of the Nigerian people. As per the President’s directives, the following appointments are effective immediately:

  1. National Orientation Agency (NOA) — Mr. Lanre Issa-Onilu as Director-General/CEO
  2. Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) — Mr. Salihu Abdulhamid Dembos as Director-General/CEO
  3. Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) — Dr. Muhammed Bulama as Director-General/CEO
  4. National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) — Mr. Charles Ebuebu as Director-General/CEO
  5. Voice of Nigeria (VON) — Mr. Jibrin Baba Ndace as Director-General/CEO
  6. Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON) — Dr. Lekan Fadolapo as Director-General/CEO
  7. News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) — Mr. Ali Muhammed Ali as Managing Director/CEO
  8. Nigerian Press Council (NPC) — Mr. Dili Ezughah as Executive Secretary/CEO.
