New Role Focuses on Investment Evaluation and Portfolio Support
In his new position, Bryles will play a key role in the firm’s investment activities.
His responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, performing due diligence reviews, and researching industries to assess potential investment opportunities.
He will also help oversee and support the firm’s existing portfolio companies as they pursue growth and operational goals.

Experience Spanning Private Equity and Investment Banking
Before joining The Stephens Group in 2026, Bryles worked as a Senior Associate at Align Capital Partners, where he gained experience in private equity transactions and portfolio management.
Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking, serving as an analyst at Stephens Inc. and Marriott & Co.
Those positions provided him with a foundation in financial analysis, transaction execution, and corporate advisory work, experience that will support his responsibilities at The Stephens Group.
