Developer Related Argent has introduced the newest rental homes in the King’s Cross area, marking the final phase of a 20-year transformation of 67 acres of formerly derelict railway lands into a vibrant neighborhood in London.
Named Author King’s Cross, the scheme offers 182 apartments in three build-to-rent (BtR) blocks located on York Way, with prices starting from £3,045 per month.
The move-in date for tenants is set for later this summer.

Surrounding a beautifully landscaped courtyard, the trio of buildings in Author King’s Cross varies in height, ranging from three to 16 storeys.
Each block has been designed by a different architectural practice, with David Morley Architects, Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, and Haptic all contributing their unique perspectives to the development.
Olayan, the project’s investors, are collaborating in the delivery of this exceptional project.

The furnished apartments in Author King’s Cross consist of one, two, and three bedrooms, and residents will have access to a wide array of shared amenities.
These include a fitness centre, lounges, workspaces, a creche, a private dining room, a coffee and wine bar, and a garden kitchen that opens onto the courtyard.
Additionally, a 24-hour onsite team, led by a general manager, will be available to assist residents with services like laundry, cleaning, and receiving deliveries.
