Bitzero Holdings has announced a new collaboration with digital infrastructure company Vertiv as it continues expanding its network of engineering, technical, and supply chain partners supporting artificial intelligence (AI), high-performance computing (HPC), and hyperscale data centre projects.
The agreement is designed to strengthen Bitzero’s ability to deliver next-generation computing infrastructure by combining its growing data centre platform with Vertiv’s expertise in critical power systems, thermal management, and advanced cooling technologies.
Vertiv to Strengthen Power and Cooling Capabilities
Under the collaboration, Vertiv will contribute technologies and engineering expertise focused on power distribution, cooling systems, and infrastructure deployment for increasingly demanding AI workloads.
The companies said advanced liquid cooling and integrated infrastructure solutions will play an increasingly important role as computing density rises and organisations require more efficient, scalable environments capable of supporting large AI models and HPC applications.
Companies Aim to Accelerate AI-Ready Data Centre Delivery
According to the announcement, the collaboration is intended to improve project execution by expanding Bitzero’s access to proven infrastructure technologies and specialised engineering capabilities.
Both companies expect the relationship to help customers deploy AI-ready facilities more quickly while improving operational performance, scalability, and overall infrastructure efficiency. They also highlighted faster “time-to-token”—a metric commonly associated with AI processing performance—as a key objective.

Bitzero said the agreement forms part of a broader strategy to establish an integrated ecosystem of industry partners spanning technical design, project execution, and supply chain coordination.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer Mohammed Bakhashwain said the company is deliberately expanding partnerships across every major component of data centre delivery to support growing demand for hyperscale, AI, and HPC infrastructure.
He added that Vertiv’s expertise enhances Bitzero’s technical capabilities in critical infrastructure while reinforcing its supply chain as the company advances its global platform.

Vertiv President for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Paul Ryan, said modern AI deployments require far more than computing hardware alone, pointing to the importance of resilient power and advanced cooling systems capable of supporting increasingly intensive workloads.
Ryan said Vertiv’s experience in critical digital infrastructure positions the company to help organisations accelerate AI deployment while improving reliability and supporting faster AI processing outcomes.

Bitzero said it will continue expanding relationships with specialised infrastructure providers as it develops additional AI and HPC facilities across its portfolio.
The company currently owns four data centre locations across North America and the Nordic region, with its Nordic operations powered by low-carbon energy sources. It said the latest collaboration reflects its long-term strategy of combining technical expertise, infrastructure partners, and supply chain capabilities to support future growth in the rapidly expanding AI data centre market.
