Anchor Land has started handing over residential units at 202 Peaklane, its 28-storey development in Davao City, Philippines.

The initial handovers mark the first phase of occupancy at the property and represent another stage in the company‘s expansion into the Mega South region.

The development combines high-rise residential accommodation with a range of lifestyle facilities and smart home technologies designed to provide residents with additional convenience, security and connectivity.

Resort-Inspired Facilities Included in the Development

202 Peaklane features open-air spaces, landscaped greenery and indoor and outdoor amenities built around a resort-inspired design.

Residents have access to an indoor theatre, a society lounge intended for work and social activities, and a dedicated game room. The facilities are designed to provide spaces for entertainment, recreation and socialising within the development.

Anchor Land President Elizabeth Ventura said the project was designed to combine its location with services and amenities that residents can access without leaving the property.

“While we want residents to enjoy convenient access to Davao’s key establishments and landmarks, we also want to bring the essentials of comfortable living right to their doorstep. This level of convenience and amenity offering is a first for this district,” Ventura said.

Customisable Layouts Allow Residents to Adapt Their Homes

The residential units feature flexible floor plans that can be adjusted to suit different household and professional requirements.

The layouts allow residents to create spaces for home offices, accommodate growing families or provide additional room for guests.

According to the project details, this flexibility is intended to enable homeowners to adapt their living arrangements as their needs change without having to move to another property.

Smart Home Technology Provides Security and Connectivity

Each unit comes with several smart home features, including a digital locking system that allows residents to enter using fingerprint recognition, a personal passcode or an exclusive key card.

The homes are also equipped with fibre-optic connectivity to support remote working and business activities, alongside air purification systems intended to maintain indoor air quality.

Property management services are integrated through a Jeeves-powered Online Property Management App. The platform allows residents to manage access, communicate with the management team and obtain essential services digitally.

Early Residents Comment on Unit Quality

During the handover ceremony, some of the first residents said the completed units met their expectations, particularly regarding the quality of the furnishings and attention to detail.

One homeowner said: “It is nice to see the value of our investment come to life in the quality of the furnishings and the attention to detail.”

The initial handover marks the beginning of occupancy as the development continues to receive new homeowners.

Ten Units Remain Available for Purchase

Anchor Land has confirmed that 10 units remain available at 202 Peaklane.
