A 16-year-old boy has been apprehended following an incident at Blundell’s School in Tiverton, Devon, where two students sustained severe injuries.
Devon and Cornwall Police received a distress call regarding a serious assault at approximately 1am on Friday.
The authorities have reported that three individuals, including the two students, were assaulted and have suffered multiple serious injuries.
The victims have been transported to a hospital for medical treatment.
Teenager Arrested on Multiple Charges
The 16-year-old suspect, hailing from Tiverton, has been taken into custody by the police.
He is currently being held on suspicion of three counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
The investigation is ongoing, and law enforcement officials are actively pursuing leads related to the case.
Superintendent Antony Hart, the local policing commander, acknowledged the distressing nature of the incident for those directly affected and the wider school community.
