According to the regional authorities, the strike caused a building to be destroyed by fire and damaged a car at the scene.
Emergency personnel responded to the area as authorities assessed the damage and assisted those affected by the attack.
Four People Reported Injured
Shuvayev said four people were injured, including a 14-year-old child.
Two of the injured, including the teenager, were hospitalized for treatment. Authorities said all four victims were receiving the necessary medical assistance.

Russian Investigators Open Criminal Case
Russia’s Investigative Committee said it had opened a criminal case following the incident.
Committee spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko described the reported attack as part of what she characterized as a broader pattern of attacks by Ukrainian forces against the region.
Investigators were also working to determine the specific type of missile used in the strike, according to Russian officials.
Prosecutors Examine Reported Rights Violations
The Belgorod regional prosecutor’s office said it was examining alleged violations of human rights following the attack in the Valuiki municipality.
