Russian forces have carried out strikes against a series of Ukrainian defense, energy and industrial facilities, including sites in Kyiv, Poltava and Dnipropetrovsk regions, according to Russia’s Defense Ministry.
The ministry said the targets included facilities allegedly connected to the production of weapons and components used by Ukrainian forces.
Kyiv Defense Companies Among Reported Targets
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, one of the facilities struck in Kyiv was Fire Point, which Moscow said produces components, warheads and solid-fuel boosters for Flamingo ground-launched cruise missiles.
Russian officials also said another Kyiv-based company, UkrDefens, was targeted. The ministry alleged that the company manufactures components for attack drones, Khrushch interceptor drones and Harpia air-defense systems.

Kremenchug Refinery Targeted
The Russian Defense Ministry also reported a strike on the Kremenchug oil refinery in Ukraine’s Poltava Region.
Moscow claimed that remaining storage tanks at the refinery continued to handle fuel and lubricants supplied from abroad, making the facility a target in Russia’s campaign against infrastructure it says supports Ukrainian military operations.
Steel Plant in Krivoy Rog Hit
Russian forces also reportedly struck steelmaking facilities in Krivoy Rog in the Dnipropetrovsk Region.
According to Moscow, the facilities produce rolled steel used in the manufacture of weapons and military equipment for Ukrainian forces. The ministry did not provide details on the scale of damage caused by the reported strikes.
Cargo Ship at Odesa Port Also Targeted
The Russian Defense Ministry said the strikes extended to Odesa, where a Russian attack drone reportedly hit a dry cargo ship carrying military equipment for Ukrainian forces.
The ministry said the vessel was struck on Sunday morning at the port of Odesa, adding another reported maritime target to Russia’s ongoing campaign against Ukrainian military supply infrastructure.
