The incident occurred this morning (June 6) in Bournemouth, Dorset, prompting fire crews to quickly respond at approximately 9:51 am.

According to an individual who claims to have arrived shortly after the incident, a woman had to be rescued from beneath the rubble.
They reported that the event took place around 9:40 am, and upon hearing a loud boom, they went outside to find people already assisting the resident who lived in the affected house.
Videos captured at the scene show a significant amount of debris outside a building, and there is visible damage to one of the structures.
