Bayern Munich were defeated 3-0 by RB Leipzig in the Supercup this evening, despite Harry Kane’s best efforts.

After his team conceded two goals in the first half, the England captain replaced Mathys Tel in the 64th minute against their German league rivals.

However, the striker’s performance at the Allianz Arena deteriorated after his substitution, as he struggled to make an impression before Leipzig scored another goal to extend their lead to three.

Due to the Bundesliga champions’ agonizing loss, Kane was unable to collect his first trophy in his debut match for the club.

The defeat was an anticlimax for Bayern fans, who were heard chanting Kane’s name prior to the match at the 72,000-seat stadium, which was sold out with supporters buying tickets frantically in anticipation of his transfer.

As they eagerly awaited Harry Kane’s debut, Bayern Munich fans boasted earlier today that they had scored a significant victory over their English football rivals.

Excited team supporters exclaimed that they had “stolen” the English commander from under the English’s noses.

Andy Tremer, 43, who attended the game with his father Dieter, remarked, “England and Germany is one of the greatest football rivalries, and I can’t believe the England captain is here.”

It’s great for Germany as a whole, not just Bayern Munich.

We are all thrilled to see Kane and privileged that his new home will be here.

Dieter added, ‘We lost the 1966 World Cup final because the ball did not cross the goal line. Currently, the captain of England is playing in Germany.

Perhaps this is a measure of retribution, as Kane is now an honorary German.

Hans, a season ticket holder who attended the game with companions, exclaimed, “It’s 1-0 to Germany!” Kane is a wonderful player, and the fact that we stole England’s captain from them makes it even sweeter.

Christian Koll, who attended the game with his daughter Leonie, declared, “This feels like a win for Germany and the Bundesliga.”

The signing of Kane has Germany elated. It demonstrates how exceptional our soccer is.

Leonie continued, ‘I don’t usually get caught up in the German-English rivalry, but I had to beam on this occasion.

“Bayern supporters are ecstatic because they feel superior to the English.”
