TS Galaxy Arrives at Kanyamazane Stadium for Final Training Session Before Mpumalanga Premier’s International Cup Match Against Yanga with Head Coach Sead Ramovic Missing Amidst Speculation of His Move to Raja Casablanca

TS Galaxy rolled into Kanyamazane Stadium on Tuesday evening for their final training session before their big match against Tanzania’s Yanga in the Mpumalanga Premier’s International Cup.

However, the session was missing a key figure—head coach Sead Ramovic.

Ramovic’s absence has stirred up quite a buzz.

With rumors swirling about a possible move to Moroccan giants Raja Casablanca, the coach has been noticeably absent from recent training sessions.

This has only fueled speculation that he might be leaving TS Galaxy soon.

Meanwhile, former Orlando Pirates coach Josef Zinnbauer, who recently reaffirmed his commitment to Raja Casablanca, might soon part ways with the club.

Zinnbauer, who led Raja to a league and cup double last season, is now being linked with a move to the Middle East.

In response to Ramovic’s potential departure, TS Galaxy president Tim Sukazi is reportedly already lined up a replacement.

An official announcement is expected shortly, and the new coach might be in charge for their upcoming match against Germany’s FC Augsburg this Saturday at Mbombela Stadium, which will be the final match of the Mpumalanga Premier’s International Cup.

Tim Sukazi Confirms Ramovic’s Departure

TS Galaxy president Tim Sukazi spoke to SABC Sport on Tuesday, confirming that Sead Ramovic will indeed be leaving the club to join Raja Casablanca.

Sukazi revealed, “It’s a done deal. Ramovic is expected to fly out after the friendly with Yanga FC, and he’ll be taking assistant coaches Beganovic Adnan and Kodro Mustafa, as well as goalkeeper coach Greg Etafia with him.”

A Heartfelt Farewell

Sukazi’s statement puts an end to the rumors surrounding Ramovic’s future. He emphasized, “It’s part of our moral fiber to support our people when they are presented with better opportunities.

We’ve always applied this principle with our players, and it extends to our coaches as well.”

He added, “Raja Casablanca is one of the top clubs in Africa, and it’s a significant achievement for Ramovic to be head-hunted by them.

We wish him the best and consider him an extension of our family in Morocco.”
