What We’re Looking For

What You’ll Do
As a fellow in the YLP, you’ll be an integral part of a small, dynamic consulting team, typically consisting of 3-5 members.
You’ll collaborate closely with your team and clients to address their most pressing business challenges.
Your role will include gathering and analyzing information, formulating hypotheses, and developing actionable recommendations.
You’ll also have the chance to present your results directly to client management and help implement those recommendations alongside their teams.
Throughout the program, you’ll receive exceptional training and continuous mentoring to help you grow your skills.
You’ll be supported by a dedicated partner from your local office, ensuring you get the guidance you need to excel.
