The announcement of Langosteria as the latest addition to The OWO, Raffles London’s upcoming hotel at the Old War Office in Whitehall, brings a touch of Milanese culinary excellence to the city.


Langosteria, a renowned Italian restaurant group known for its classic and fashionable style, will introduce its signature dishes to the London dining scene.

Founded in Milan’s Design District in 2007, Langosteria focuses on seafood, particularly langoustines, offering a selection of seafood delicacies alongside location-specific specialties.

Enrico Buonocore, the founder of Langosteria, expressed his excitement about the launch of the first Langosteria in the UK, stating that it has been a long-term dream to have a restaurant in London.

Buonocore believes that The OWO provides the perfect venue for their debut, and he is confident that Langosteria will offer an unparalleled seafood experience, positioning itself among the best restaurants in the city.

Madani Sow, CEO of development management company WDS, emphasized the visionary nature of Buonocore and his team, highlighting their ability to create vibrant and exciting dining venues that prioritize the guest experience.


Sow also noted that Langosteria’s cult following and reputation in the global fashion and design community align perfectly with the other world-class chefs and restaurateurs at The OWO.

The OWO’s culinary line-up is impressive, featuring Café Lapérouse from Paris, Paper Moon from Italy, and a rooftop restaurant and sake bar by renowned sushi master Endo Kazutoshi and restaurateur Misha Zelman.

Additionally, Mauro Colagreco, the Argentinian chef behind the three Michelin-starred Mirazur in France, will open three restaurants at the 120-bedroom hotel.

With such an extraordinary array of culinary talent, The OWO promises to be a captivating destination for gastronomic experiences.
