Russia’s Defense Ministry says its forces have taken control of Golubkovo in the Zaporozhye region as fighting continues across several sections of the front in Ukraine.
According to the ministry, units belonging to Russia’s Battlegroup East advanced into Ukrainian defensive positions before capturing the settlement during operations over the previous 24 hours.

Moscow Reports About 1,490 Ukrainian Casualties

Russia’s Battlegroup West reportedly improved its frontline positions while attacking Ukrainian formations in parts of the Kharkov and Donetsk regions.
The Defense Ministry identified areas near Blagodatovka, Izyum, Chervony Oskol and Mayaki among the locations affected.

Moscow Claims Further Advance Inside Dobropolye
Russia also reported continued fighting inside Dobropolye.
According to the ministry, assault units from Russia’s 51st Army were advancing through the central part of the town while marine infantry formations moved through northern areas and continued operations around the Dobropolskaya coal mine.
