In recent months, Priscilla has spoken candidly about the lasting emotional impact of losing Lisa Marie Presley, who died in January 2023 at the age of 54 due to complications from a small bowel obstruction.
During a speaking engagement in Las Vegas alongside Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, Priscilla reflected on how the tragedy changed family relationships.
She explained that before Lisa Marie’s passing, relatives regularly gathered for meals and family occasions, but the loss created emotional distance among family members as each person processed grief differently.
Garcia acknowledged that the family’s difficulties began even earlier following the death of Lisa Marie’s son, Benjamin Keough, who died in 2020 at the age of 27.
According to him, differing responses to grief initially drove relatives apart, though he believes the family has gradually begun rebuilding those relationships in the years since Lisa Marie’s death.

Lisa Marie Presley is survived by her daughters, Riley Keough and twins Harper and Finley Lockwood.
