Singer Mohbad’s Sudden Passing
A show promoter named Prince George, based in Canada, has revealed a heartbreaking detail about the untimely demise of singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, known as Mohbad.
According to George, Mohbad tragically passed away on the very day his Canadian visa was approved. Speaking during a candlelight procession organized by Nigerians in Toronto, Canada, George shared the poignant story.
A Heartbreaking Revelation
George had planned to orchestrate a surprise for Mohbad’s best friend, Bella Shmurda, during Bella’s show in Canada. He intended to bring Mohbad to the event as part of the surprise.
George recounted how he had sent a morning message to Mohbad’s manager to inform him of the visa approval, only to receive the shocking news that Mohbad had died under mysterious circumstances.
Bella Shmurda’s Grief
At the event, Bella Shmurda, visibly distraught and heartbroken, also addressed the audience. He struggled to find words to express his sorrow and shock over the loss of his close friend.
Bella emphasized the deep connection they shared, describing Mohbad as his brother and best friend.
He recounted how surreal and painful it was to receive the news of Mohbad’s passing shortly after their last meeting, even mentioning that his own mother had advised him not to return home due to the tragic circumstances.
