Mohamed bin Zayed receives UAE Team Emirates

ABU DHABI, 1st March, 2022 – His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received today the UAE’s road bicycle racing team, UAE Team Emirates.

During the meeting that took place at Qasr Al Bahr Majlis, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed discussed with the team their future ambitions and top achievements.

He congratulated the team on the accolades they achieved globally, especially during 2020 and 2021, expressing his pride in their efforts and achievements.

Sheikh Mohamed also expressed his appreciation to partners and sponsors for their role in supporting UAE Team Emirates, and sports and athletes in general.

For their part, members of UAE Team Emirates, who were accompanied by Matar Al Yabhouni Al Dhaheri, UAE Team Emirates’ President, expressed their delight at meeting Sheikh Mohamed, and praised the huge support provided to the sports sector and athletes in the UAE, which inspires them to add to the UAE’s sports track record.
