Recent claims about Michael Schumacher attending his daughter Gina’s wedding have been dismissed by Johnny Herbert, a close friend and former Formula One driver.
The rumors originated from German reports suggesting that the F1 legend made a rare public appearance at the September wedding held at the family’s £27 million villa in Majorca.
Guests were allegedly required to surrender their phones to prevent any images or videos from leaking.
However, Herbert firmly labeled the story as “fake news.”
Speaking to Flashscore, Herbert clarified, “It will always be a closed shop.
The most recent rumor was he attended his daughter’s wedding.
Unfortunately, from what I understand, that was all A1 fake news and no truth in it.”
