Live Stream | Orlando Pirates vs Al-Ittihad – Watch Here

Fact Checked by TDPel News Desk
By Samantha Allen

Kick-off at Orlando Stadium is at 18:00.

The Buccaneers head into this encounter already certain of a place in the quarter-finals as they sit top of Group B with 12 points from five games.

All they need is a draw against Al-Ittihad to finish top of the group, and if they lose on the night, Pirates would drop to second with the Libyan club topping the group.

Now, for Pirates to perhaps avoid facing the big guns in the quarter-finals, they need to avoid defeat and one should expect them to field their strongest possible line-up.

Pirates have confirmed the absence of two of their midfielders in Vincent Pule and Goodman Mosele for this encounter against Al-Ittihad.

Pule is yet to fully recover from a grade III tear of the quad injury suffered in October 2021 while Mosele is suspended for the clash.
