Flashpoint Capital has raised a combined US$141.5 million across its Venture Growth and Growth Debt strategies, as the London-based technology investment firm expands its support for international technology companies.
The latest fundraising includes the final close of its fourth Venture Growth Fund and a separate co-investment vehicle established alongside its second Growth Debt Fund.
Venture Growth Fund IV Closes at US$116 Million
The firm’s Venture Growth Fund IV has reached its final close at US$116 million, attracting commitments from both existing and new institutional investors and family offices across international markets.
The fund targets business-to-business (B2B) vertical artificial intelligence applications developed by European and Israeli technology entrepreneurs seeking to expand into the United States.
Since its launch, Fund IV has invested in 10 companies, including SiPhox, Qase, Mermaid and Inspekt AI. Flashpoint Capital intends to build the portfolio to between 15 and 20 investments.
The fund also recorded its first exit earlier in 2026 through the sale of its investment in Kaiko.
Debt Platform Reaches US$127 Million
Alongside the Venture Growth fundraising, Flashpoint Capital completed a US$25.5 million co-investment sidecar vehicle operating alongside its Flashpoint Growth Debt Fund II, which has US$66.1 million in commitments.
The additional vehicle brings the firm’s total debt platform to US$127 million.
Approximately 60% of the sidecar’s capital has already been deployed. Its investments include companies such as One Day, Spotawheel, Subbyx, ANNA Money, Fintech Farm and Numica, in which it co-invests alongside Growth Debt Fund II.
Flashpoint Capital Announces Leadership Changes
The fundraising announcement also coincides with changes to the firm’s senior management structure.
Denis Mosolov is being appointed Chief Executive Officer of Flashpoint Capital, while Alexander Konoplyasty, the firm’s Co-Founder, will assume overall responsibility for its investment activities as Chief Investment Officer.
Michael Szalontay, another Co-Founder, is stepping away from his day-to-day management responsibilities at Flashpoint Capital.
He will instead concentrate on developing and managing the firm’s Direct Secondary strategy.
