The 68-year-old star, who called off her wedding to Dave Fairbairn in 2019, was recently seen enjoying a leisurely stroll with her new beau in Hertfordshire.

According to sources close to the couple, Gillian and Philip have been quietly dating for over a year and have taken their relationship to the next level by cohabiting at Gillian’s residence. Friends and well-wishers are thrilled to see Gillian finding happiness once again.

Philip Oag serves as the Director of Operations at The Cranley Clinic, a renowned cosmetic clinic located in London. At 59 years old, he is nearly a decade younger than the beloved soap legend, Gillian Taylforth.
A New Beginning
Gillian’s previous relationship was with a convicted drug baron, Dave Fairbairn, which lasted for six years. However, their planned wedding was canceled in 2019 due to a series of disagreements.
Dave Fairbairn was later incarcerated in 2022 after confessing to possessing firearms and being found guilty of perverting the course of justice.
Notably, he had previously served a seven-year sentence in 2003 for conspiring to import one of the largest ecstasy hauls ever seized in the UK. During their relationship, Gillian faced legal troubles herself, including a 24-month driving ban after failing a breath test while significantly exceeding the legal alcohol limit.
She cited the need to transport her then-fiancé, Fairbairn, for prostate cancer treatment as the reason to avoid the ban.
