The couple shared photographs of themselves wearing protective solar glasses while following the moon’s gradual movement across the sun.

Dr Michael Lennox, an astrologer, dream expert and psychologist, has cautioned people against trying to deliberately shape their future during a solar eclipse.
According to Lennox, the unpredictable nature of an eclipse makes it difficult to control outcomes.
He has compared attempting to manifest during the event to firing an arrow into a hurricane, arguing that unseen forces could push events in an unexpected direction.
He also described an eclipse as a period when the normal flow of awareness is disrupted, making it, in his view, a poor moment for trying to consciously direct future events.
Romeo Joins the Eclipse Excitement
The Beckhams’ son Romeo also shared his enthusiasm for the spectacular event.
Posting a selfie, he celebrated the combination of the eclipse and his passion for football, writing that watching the eclipse before seeing Arsenal play in a friendly against Como could hardly have been better.
The celestial event also coincided with the peak of the annual Perseids meteor shower, creating an unusually busy period for skywatchers as debris from comets entered Earth’s atmosphere.

The family has been spending part of the summer aboard Seven, the 130-foot yacht David and Victoria purchased in 2022 after previously owning a smaller boat with the same name.

The yacht’s name carries special significance for the family.
Seven is David’s famous football shirt number and also the middle name of his daughter Harper.

While much of the Beckham family has been enjoying the Mediterranean trip, Cruz has been absent from the yacht holiday while touring North America with his band, The Breakers.

The glamorous trip comes against the backdrop of the continuing estrangement between the Beckhams and their eldest son, Brooklyn.
Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz were reportedly holidaying around Nice earlier in the month, with the couple spending time aboard Elton John’s yacht.
The location was close to where David and Victoria were staying, creating the possibility of an uncomfortable encounter.
Elton has maintained a long friendship with the Beckham family, with David previously referring to the singer affectionately as “Uncle Elton.”
