The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) is all set to participate in the third Housing Finance Exhibition organized by the Housing and Urban Planning Ministry. The event, which is expected to offer a window into the bank’s diverse range of social housing financing programs, will commence at the City Centre Bahrain’s Main Galleria and will continue till February 17.
NBB’s Special Offerings
Notably, NBB will be showcasing its flagship programs, Mazaya and Mazaya 2, which are aimed at facilitating individuals in securing housing finance. The bank will also present its Joint Housing and Tas’heel Finances programs. To make the event more attractive, NBB is offering a special package for the first 30 applicants. This package includes a grace period of up to six months, exclusive pricing, waived processing fees and property evaluation fees, and complimentary fire insurance coverage.
NBB’s Commitment to Homeownership
The CEO of NBB elaborated on the bank’s commitment to empowering Bahraini citizens in their quest for homeownership. He emphasized the bank’s support for the Ministry’s ambitious housing goals. In his invitation to prospective property buyers to explore NBB’s comprehensive portfolio of home financing options at the Exhibition, he echoed the bank’s determination to facilitate home ownership for people in Bahrain.
By participating in the Housing Finance Exhibition, NBB reiterates its pledge to provide housing finance solutions and aid in home ownership.
