Activist Aisha Yesufu Dismisses Alleged Ministerial Appointment, Highlights Poverty of the Mind

Dismissing the report, Yesufu, a staunch supporter of the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, highlighted the prevalence of poverty of the mind and argued that there is more money outside the government than within.

Placing Value on Ministerial Appointments

Yesufu further emphasized that the reason people place value on ministerial appointments is due to poverty of the mind.

She challenged the notion by stating that, aside from corruption, there are greater financial opportunities outside the government.

Yesufu also questioned the public’s knowledge of ministers, suggesting that popularity and impact are not solely dependent on holding such positions.

A few hours before President Tinubu’s inauguration, Yesufu publicly declared Peter Obi as her president.
