Dismissing the report, Yesufu, a staunch supporter of the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, highlighted the prevalence of poverty of the mind and argued that there is more money outside the government than within.

Yesufu expressed her support for Obi and expressed hope that the Nigerian judiciary would use the election cases before it to uphold its independence and integrity.
