The ongoing divorce drama between Denise Richards and her estranged husband Aaron Phypers reached a dramatic new chapter on Friday.
Phypers was taken into custody outside a Los Angeles courtroom, reportedly over charges of spousal abuse, as the couple attended a hearing connected to their high-profile split.
The 54-year-old actress, known for her roles in Wild Things and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, was present at the courthouse and remained composed while speaking with her legal team, according to witnesses.
