25madison Ventures, the early-stage investment arm of investment platform 25madison, is seeking to raise up to $50 million for its second fund, according to a regulatory filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The fund, known as 25Madison Ventures Fund II, has not recorded any fundraising to date, according to the filing.

Investment Strategy Focuses on AI and Healthcare

Based in New York City and Miami, Florida, 25madison Ventures invests in companies from the pre-seed stage through Series A.

Its investment focus includes AI-native business-to-business (B2B) software and healthcare technology companies.

The venture firm is led by Partner Jaja Liao, Managing Partner Steven Price and Partner John Daly.

Firm Also Operates Buyout Strategy

In addition to its early-stage investment activities, 25madison manages a buyout strategy targeting established businesses.

Through this approach, the firm acquires mature companies and deploys hands-on resources in artificial intelligence, talent development and go-to-market operations to support business growth.
