Vivian Jenna Wilson waves trans flag and performs at drag benefit show supporting immigrant defense in Los Angeles

While Los Angeles simmers with political tension, Elon Musk’s daughter, Vivian Jenna Wilson, took a moment to celebrate pride, resistance, and solidarity in the most dazzling way—by dancing across a drag stage with a trans flag held high.

The 21-year-old made her appearance at the Save Her drag show, which wasn’t just about glitter and glamour—it was a benefit event raising funds for immigrant legal defense efforts.

A Powerful Night in LA’s Drag Scene

The event, held at The Bellwether in downtown LA, was hosted by renowned drag artist Pattie Gonia, with 100% of proceeds going to legal support for immigrants—a pointed response to the recent federal immigration crackdowns that have sparked protests across California.

The city has seen civil unrest following aggressive ICE raids, and Vivian’s appearance made a bold political and personal statement.

Vivian’s Look and Message Stole the Spotlight

Vivian arrived with presence—dressed in a black catsuit and a metallic corset, waving a trans flag and striking dramatic poses with jet-black eye makeup and platinum blonde hair cascading to her hips.

At one point, she even showed off her flexibility by pulling a leg up behind her head in towering heels, drawing wild cheers from the crowd.

Standing Up in the Face of Family Strife

The event carried even more emotional weight given Vivian’s long and very public estrangement from her father, tech billionaire Elon Musk.

The rift reportedly stems from deep political disagreements and Musk’s controversial views on gender identity.

In the past, Musk has said he was “tricked” into accepting Vivian’s transition and has been openly critical of trans rights.

He once even stated those advocating for gender-affirming care should be imprisoned.

Speaking Out About Her Journey

Vivian recently opened up to Teen Vogue about the internal turmoil she faced growing up, sharing that she dealt with mental breakdowns in school before deciding to come out.

“If I stay in the closet anymore, this is going to take me down a very destructive path,” she recalled.

Two days after reaching that realization in 2020, she went public via Instagram—before even telling her mom, a decision she now regrets.

Fortunately, her mother Justine Wilson was supportive. Her father, not so much.

At the time, she hadn’t spoken to Musk in months and says he showed no support.

Living Life on Her Own Terms

Now living abroad, Vivian says she’s been financially independent from her famous father ever since she came out.

She’s studying languages, soaking up new experiences, and says despite being known as Musk’s daughter, she hasn’t made any money off her name.

“I live in a lot of people’s heads rent-free, though,” she joked.

Queen of Threads and Drag Dreams

Vivian has also declared herself the “Queen of Threads,” Meta’s rival platform to her father’s company X.

She shares her thoughts online freely and has become a voice for many in the LGBTQ+ community.

And yes, she’s got dreams too—Vivian says she’s dying to compete in a drag pageant—though she thinks she’d go as a drag king and totally slay.

Confusion Over Siblings and Family Distance

In that same interview, Vivian admitted she isn’t even sure how many siblings she has.

She found out about Grimes’ second child via a Reddit post from a drag queen, and also discovered Musk’s latest alleged child with a MAGA influencer the same way. Despite past distance, she and Grimes have reportedly reconnected.

Speaking Honestly About Her Father

Vivian isn’t shy about her feelings toward Musk. “I don’t give a f*** about him,” she said bluntly, adding that she’s tired of being associated with him.

When asked if she was ever afraid of Musk, she simply called him a “pathetic man-child.”

She also mocked what many interpreted as Musk’s Nazi salute at a rally, labeling it “f*ing cringe.”**

Throwing Shade at the Musk–Trump Fallout

As Musk and Trump’s political bromance fell apart over economic policy, Vivian couldn’t help but react with a sarcastic laugh on Instagram.

“I love being proven right,” she wrote, sharing a cheeky video of herself.

She later posted a Threads update captioned “Such beauty in life,” soundtracking it with a tongue-in-cheek song called “Job Application.”
