Tottenham Secures Dominant 4-1 Win Over Everton in 1998 with Hat-Trick Hero as George Graham’s Starting XI Leaves Fans Scrambling to Remember the Players

Get ready for another round of Teamsheet, the game that tests your memory with a fun twist.

Each week, we challenge you to recall the starting XIs of Premier League matches from the past.

It’s a brain teaser that’ll have you scratching your head as you try to remember the lineup from years gone by.

This time, we’re taking you back to 1998, when Tottenham thrashed Everton 4-1.

The victory was largely thanks to a hat-trick hero, but can you remember which 11 players George Graham selected that day?

It’s all for fun, so give it your best shot and share your score with friends! You can also choose any team and try to guess their starting XI for the game.

Good luck!

How to Play

The goal is simple: score as few points as possible! Here’s how it works:

  • First Attempt Success: If you guess a player correctly on your first try, you score just one point. So, if you get all 11 players right on the first attempt, you’ll end up with a perfect score of 11.
  • Guessing Rules: If you correctly guess a letter in the right position, it turns green. If you guess a correct letter but in the wrong position, it will turn yellow.
  • Six Guesses per Player: You have six attempts to figure out each player’s name. If you don’t get it right in time, we’ll reveal the answer for 11 points.
  • Free Letter Option: Need a hint? You can ask for a free letter, but it’ll cost you a point.

The best possible score is 11—can you manage it? Or will you end up with a whopping 121 points?

Have fun and see how you compare!
