This horrifying incident occurred in Birmingham, where a 76-year-old pensioner and her pet labradoodle were attacked by a rabid dog. The woman was hospitalized for four days and her dog was mauled.The white bull-type dog’s owner, who was seen on camera taking the dangerous beast away from the terrified labradoodle, is wanted by police for questioning.After leaving the injured retiree on the ground, the unidentified man on a bicycle left the scene.The woman’s dog can be seen barking enthusiastically at something out of frame in the disturbing CCTV clip.The woman can be seen moving away from the object of her irritation, almost crossing the street as she does so, clearly perturbed by whatever it is.

The white bulldog lunges at the two of them out of nowhere, grabs the labradoodle by the neck with its jaws, and throws the woman to the ground.The dog’s owner can be seen entering the frame while frantically attempting to wrestle the beast off the dog as she lies prone in the road.He left the terrified dog with his owner to console him after taming the animal and forcing him to release the labradoodle.The dog owner in the video is wanted by police, who say they are actively looking for him and would like for him to come forward so they can speak with him.

Around 7.45 p.m. on August 4, the attack took place on Somerset Road in Handsworth, Birmingham.A leg and head injuries were sustained by the woman, who spent four days in the hospital as a result of the horrifying attack, while her dog’s neck was punctured.
