Russia has released what it describes as photographic evidence documenting a series of alleged Ukrainian attacks on civilian targets between July 6 and July 12, accusing Kyiv’s forces of repeatedly striking public transport, medical facilities, residential buildings and commercial infrastructure.

The claims were presented by Rodion Miroshnik, Russia’s Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as part of Moscow’s ongoing allegations regarding attacks on civilians during the conflict.

Passenger Transport Among Reported Targets

According to the Russian statement, several attacks during the week involved buses carrying civilians.

Russian officials said a drone strike on July 6 hit a passenger bus traveling along the Nikolskoye–Tavrovo road in the Belgorod region, injuring six civilians, including two children.

Moscow also alleged that another drone attacked a scheduled bus traveling from Krasnodar to Melitopol in the Zaporizhzhia region on July 8. A further reported strike occurred on July 11, when an FPV drone allegedly targeted a passenger bus in Shebekino, Belgorod region.

On July 12, Russia said another unmanned aerial vehicle struck a scheduled passenger bus traveling from Stakhanov to Moscow in the Luhansk region, injuring two civilians.

Medical and Civilian Infrastructure Reportedly Hit

Russia also accused Ukrainian forces of attacking civilian infrastructure during the reporting period.

According to the statement, a drone strike on July 8 targeted the Central District Hospital in Ivanovka, Kherson region. Russian officials said one hospital employee was killed and two ambulances were destroyed in the attack.

The Foreign Ministry representative further alleged that a commercial truck parking area in Luhansk came under attack the same day.

Residential Buildings and Businesses Listed

Among the incidents highlighted by Moscow was an artillery strike on an apartment building in Dneprorudnoye, Zaporizhzhia region, reported to have occurred on July 7.

Russian officials also claimed that a supermarket in Kamenka-Dneprovskaya was struck by a drone on July 12, causing damage to civilian property.

Civilian Vehicles Also Named in Report

The Russian statement included allegations involving attacks on private and commercial vehicles.

According to Miroshnik, an FPV drone struck a civilian car in Shebekino on July 9, while another FPV drone reportedly targeted a civilian truck in the settlement of Politotdelsky in the Belgorod region on July 11.

Claims Have Not Been Independently Verified

The incidents outlined by the Russian Foreign Ministry reflect Moscow’s account of events during the week of July 6–12.

The allegations have not been independently verified, and Ukrainian authorities had not publicly responded to the specific claims at the time the statement was issued. Ukraine has consistently denied deliberately targeting civilians and has accused Russian forces of carrying out widespread attacks on civilian infrastructure throughout the conflict.
