The 2025 Niger Delta Digital Summit is now accepting applications for its Startup Seed Funding—and they’re giving out serious cash to help local startups grow.
₦1.8 Million Up for Grabs
As part of the upcoming summit, organizers are offering a total of ₦1.8 million in seed funding to the top three startups based in the region.
Whether your focus is fintech, agritech, health tech, edtech, e-commerce, or green tech, you’ve got a shot at winning some much-needed capital to scale your idea.
Who Can Apply?
Not just anyone qualifies—you’ll need to tick a few boxes first.
Here’s what they’re looking for:

You must be a founder or co-founder of a digital or tech-led startup.

Your startup should be based in any of the 9 Niger Delta states: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ondo, or Rivers.

Your startup must be between 6 months and 5 years old.

You need to show clear innovation or positive impact in your industry.
Cash Awards for the Winners
The funding is split among the top three startups as follows:

First Place: ₦1,000,000

Second Place: ₦500,000

Third Place: ₦300,000
