Jamie Bartlett’s family has announced the details of his funeral and memorial service

On Tuesday, the family released an official statement that included information on actor Jamie Bartlett’s memorial and funeral services.

The Grammy winner will be laid to rest in Cape Town on Thursday, followed by a memorial service in Soweto on Monday.

“All of Jamie’s faithful followers and those who loved him will be remembered at a memorial service held by Jamie’s management,” the family said in a statement.

Many people were shocked when the 55-year-old died of cardiac arrest in his sleep on Monday, particularly his pals who had partied with him the night before he died.
