In an effort to replace Aleksandar Mitrovic, Fulham has spoken to Juventus about a move for Moise Kean.
The 23-year-old was contacted on Monday to talk about a possible fee, a day after Mitrovic departed for Al-Hilal in a club-record deal for £46 million.
Kean was previously regarded as one of Italy’s brightest young prospects, but an unfortunate transfer to Everton stunted his growth until he returned to Juventus earlier this year.
At Juventus, the 23-year-old is mostly used as a substitute and has scored 22 goals in 103 games throughout two stints.
Despite buying Raul Jimenez from Wolves earlier in the summer, Marco Silva is still looking for a striker to replace Mitrovic, and Arsenal forward Folarin Balogun is one option.
After failing to reach an agreement on a price with Chelsea after lengthy negotiations during the summer, Fulham also reduced their interest in Callum Hudson-Odoi.
Demarai Grey of Everton is one of those praised by Marco Silva who is looking for a wide forward.
Before the transfer window shuts on September 1st, the manager has made it known to the team that he wants two full backs, a midfielder, and a winger.
