The legal troubles for Sean Combs, better known as Diddy, continue to escalate as two new lawsuits have been filed against the embattled music mogul.
These lawsuits bring fresh allegations of assault, adding to the growing list of claims already lodged against him.
Attorney Tony Buzbee, representing over 120 of Diddy’s alleged victims, filed the latest cases, deepening the legal crisis surrounding the former hip-hop icon.
Allegations of Assault at Miami After-Party
One of the new lawsuits was filed by a Florida man identified as John Doe.
According to the claim, John Doe met Diddy at a nightclub and was later invited to an after-party in Miami.
There, he alleges he was given a laced drink that incapacitated him.
He claims he woke up naked to find Diddy assaulting him.
Despite his attempts to resist, the drugs in his system left him powerless.
John Doe stated that the next morning, he was handed his clothes and escorted out of the residence, where he was dropped back at the nightclub.
He is now seeking damages for the traumatic experience.
Disturbing Claims by Second Accuser
In another lawsuit, a woman using the pseudonym Jane Doe alleged that she was also given a laced drink.
She claims she was forced to perform sexual acts on six members of Diddy’s security team, as well as on Diddy himself, in a limousine.
Throughout the ordeal, she alleges Diddy demeaned her with derogatory names and sprayed champagne on her. Jane Doe is also pursuing damages for the assault.
Diddy’s Legal Team Pushes Back
Diddy, who has been in custody since his arrest in September on charges of abuse and coercion, denies all allegations.
His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has been actively fighting to improve his client’s conditions in custody, including a request to remove shackles during court appearances.
Agnifilo argued that the restraints could prejudice potential jurors and interfere with Diddy’s ability to communicate with his legal team effectively.
Accusations of Intimidation and Misconduct
Adding to the controversy, prosecutors recently seized items from Diddy’s jail cell during a facility-wide sweep.
Among the confiscated materials was a “Things to Do” list allegedly containing instructions to gather incriminating information about two accusers.
While prosecutors maintain the search was unrelated to Diddy’s case, his defense team described it as a targeted action and called for remedies, including possible dismissal of the indictment or recusal of the prosecution team.
What’s Next for Diddy?
The court has scheduled a bail hearing to review Diddy’s request for house arrest under a $50 million bail package.
Meanwhile, his legal team is demanding further hearings to address their concerns over alleged misconduct by prosecutors and prison authorities.
As the legal drama unfolds, these latest lawsuits further complicate the already dire situation for the Bad Boy Records founder.
The coming weeks will be critical as Diddy’s attorneys continue to challenge the charges and fight for their client’s release.
Whether the new allegations will impact the course of the case remains to be seen.
