Arrest Made as Neighbor Allegedly Attempts to Choke Actor in Malibu Home

The Disturbing Altercation

According to police reports, an unsettling incident unfolded at Sheen’s Malibu residence when the actor answered a knock at the door, only for his female neighbor to forcefully enter his home, resulting in a dispute.

During the altercation, the woman allegedly attempted to choke Sheen and tore off his shirt. Law enforcement confirmed the arrest of the neighbor, identified as Schrock, on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and burglary.

Police Response and Legal Action

Law enforcement authorities, including officers from the LASD and paramedics, promptly arrived at the scene after Sheen alerted emergency services.

Fortunately, the actor did not require hospitalization. The arrested woman is scheduled to appear in court today in connection with the alleged offenses.

This incident marks a concerning turn in Sheen’s recent encounters with the neighbor, including prior confrontations like dumping garbage at his doorstep and vandalizing his car with a ‘sticky liquid,’ as reported by TMZ.

Prior Incidents and Ongoing Tension

According to reports, the recent altercation isn’t the first time Sheen has had disagreements with this particular neighbor.

Despite an attempt to reconcile and resolve conflicts before the home invasion incident, tensions apparently escalated, leading to the distressing encounter between Sheen and the arrested woman.

Property and Living Situation

Last year, Sheen was known to have settled into a $16,350 per month rental property in Malibu, offering picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean.

However, it seems the actor has vacated the residence as the property is now available for rent again. Representatives for Charlie Sheen have not yet commented on the incident.
