Following an incident on February 17 in Derbyshire, where a 14-year-old boy was allegedly kidnapped, the victim has been found safe and well.
Two men and a woman, known to the teenager, have been charged in connection with the abduction.
Derbyshire Constabulary’s Swift Response
Specialist officers from Derbyshire Constabulary’s criminal exploitation team conducted thorough investigations into the alleged kidnapping.
Several warrants were executed in the area, resulting in the arrest of three individuals connected to the incident.
Charges of Kidnap and Possession of Imitation Firearm
The suspects, charged with kidnap and possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates Court on Saturday, February 24.
Following the court appearance, they were remanded into prison custody.
Court Hearing Scheduled for March 22
The next legal proceeding is set to take place at Derby Crown Court on Friday, March 22. As the case unfolds, authorities are working diligently to ensure a comprehensive investigation and legal process.
