A mother who became an unexpected internet sensation after cameras captured her carrying a baby and several trays of food through the stands at a San Francisco Giants game has spoken out to defend her husband after millions of viewers criticised his behaviour.
Erika, who was dubbed “mom of the year” during the broadcast, says the short clip gave viewers a misleading impression of her marriage and failed to capture what was actually happening between her and her husband, Ramses.
