A chilling investigation in Texas has led to the arrest of 27-year-old Michael Dean Davis Jr. after authorities discovered human remains, weapons, a gas mask, and a missing child at two of his properties.

The story began in June when Mahogany Washington, 27, and her eight-year-old son were reported missing by concerned family members.
