Trolls who made death threats and hateful remarks to a controversial vegan and animal rights activist known for her topless and semi-naked protests have been called out.

Tash Peterson has spoken out about the daily threats and appalling abuse she receives from both men and women online as she continues to make headlines for her crazy actions, some of which have landed her in court and resulted in fines.

On Wednesday night, the young vegan from Western Australia posted a series of horrible comments she’d received from a critic who wished for her death.

‘You should try catching a moving bullet you stupid c***,’ he wrote.

‘I’d love it if you ended up getting raped and murdered, then you know what absolute s*** you talk daily’.

Another message read: ‘I hope you get raped you stupid little c***.’

‘Walk out in front of a moving train you ugly piece of s***’

Tash Peterson took to Facebook on Wednesday night to call out shocking online threats

Ms. Peterson, 28, said she gets similar messages every day.

‘There have been a few times when I’ve truly feared for my life, frightened to return home because I’d gotten a message from a man saying he was going to rape and murder me,’ she captioned the screenshot.

‘The majority of these filthy messages are sent by insecure guys, but some women also send them. ‘Calling me a s**t, skank, whore, filthy, and other derogatory terms.’

Ms. Peterson inquired about the troll’s reaction if identical texts were addressed to his wife and children.

‘Suicide rates are rapidly rising as a result of online bullying, and it is beyond terrible that the police (in my experience) do little to stop it,’ she added.

Ms. Peterson alleges she has gone to the police station several times to report death threats, but that nothing has been done.

‘People are going to respond to this saying that I’m getting what I deserve, a taste of my own medicine,’ she continued.

‘The truth is that I have NEVER called anyone derogatory names, threatened someone or abused someone. I am a non violent activist trying to stop violence, rape, abuse, torture, enslavement and murder of non-human animals in animal agriculture.’

Ms. Peterson isn’t afraid of causing a stir.

Her actions have earned her the moniker “Australia’s biggest pest” by police and lawmakers in Western Australia.

Ms. Peterson has been fined a number of times for her semi-naked displays at designer stores, restaurants, and supermarkets.

She marched through a Louis Vuitton store in Perth topless and smeared with her own menstrual blood last August. A Perth magistrate later fined her $3,500 for her actions.

The activist has also dressed up as a cow and protested in supermarket meat sections, entered the pitch at an AFLW match, and screamed at customers at KFC and Coles stores while wearing a blood-soaked apron.

She was also on trial for a December 2020 demonstration at Cottesloe’s Boatshed Markets, where she went shirtless, with a cow design painted on her breast, and yelled at shoppers that cows were being raped for meat and dairy.

She and her partner Jack Higgs were also ejected from an IGA supermarket in southern Western Australia earlier this year for refusing to wear a face mask, which she described as a “injustice” and a violation of her “human rights.”

They were ‘taken off guard’ by Premier Mark McGowan’s face mask mandate when they entered the store, she told Daily Mail Australia, because they hadn’t seen many people wearing them days before and had dined at a café where they didn’t need them.

She most recently staged a semi-naked protest at Perth’s Hay Street Mall, where she refused to cover up her chest, which was only covered in pink body paint.
