SDPW completes land levelling works in Kalba’s Wadi Al Helo

The Sharjah Directorate of Public Works (SDPW) has completed land levelling work on 31 plots in Kalba’s Wadi Al Helo region, specifically in Al Muhtadi neighbourhood, and handed them over to the Housing Department for infrastructure upgrades.

There are 11,700 square metres (m2) of plots available, in addition to a 1403 m2 mosque site. The project’s purpose is to increase urbanisation in the region.

Despite the difficult terrain and low ground level in some areas, Bashayer Al Mansoori, Director of SDPW’s Kalba branch, confirmed that the project was completed on time and that the department worked in accordance with the precautionary requirements for the current stage, particularly with 15 construction machinery on the site.
