Scotland has pledged to make a strong initial showing at the Rugby World Cup.

Now that he has his life and his game under control, Russell is no longer a detriment to his team.

“If we’d gotten a tremendous victory, I’d lose my mind. Even if we had lost, I’d be trying to forget about it and have a good time. Russell admitted to the Daily Mail earlier in 2023, “I used alcohol to deal with different scenarios, without really knowing it.”

Having a child gave me a purpose for development. Don’t necessarily mature, but do your share. I’m more responsible now, though some might disagree.
