President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday arrived in Istanbul, Turkey, to participate in the 3rd Turkey-African Summit.
President Buhari touched down at 20:22 GMT.
He was received at the Istanbul airport by Nigeria by Nigeria’s ambassador to Turkey, Iliyasu Paragauda and the country’s military attached to Turkey.
The 3rd Turkey African Summit is expected to provide an opportunity for the review of cooperation between Turkey and African countries.
The last summit was held in 2014.
