Police have said that they are “increasingly worried” for the welfare of a 16-year-old girl who has been missing for the last four days.
Nikita, a student at North Yorkshire’s Harrogate Grammar School, was last seen at 3.30 p.m. on Thursday, September 22.
She skipped home after school that day and hasn’t been seen since.
The adolescent was observed wearing a black skirt, black patent shoes, and a black casual blazer—not a uniform blazer—as part of her school uniform.
She was also spotted toting a big black purse.
Nikita, whose last name has not been made public, is described as being 5 feet 2 inches tall with a petite physique and long, straight brown hair.
Officers searched extensively for Nikita, according to a North Yorkshire Police spokeswoman, but they are becoming more worried for her safety.
They are now pleading with the public to contact them if they see anything.
Call 999 and reference incident number 12220169644 if you have seen Nikita or know where she is right now.
