Norwest has announced a new round of internal promotions, recognizing five employees for their contributions across its growth equity, investment, compliance, and finance teams.

The global venture and growth equity investment firm said the promotions reflect the individuals’ impact on deal sourcing, portfolio development, operational excellence, and firmwide initiatives.

Growth Equity Team Gains New Vice President

Among the promotions, Ken Graham has been elevated to the role of Vice President within Norwest’s Growth Equity team.

Since joining the firm as an analyst four years ago, Graham has played a significant role in expanding the firm’s investment efforts in commercial and industrial services, particularly within the water treatment and infrastructure sectors.

His work includes helping source the investment in East Range Group and contributing to the development of the Meridian Fleet Services platform, strengthening Norwest’s presence in key industrial markets.

Consumer Investment Specialist Moves Up

Daisy King has been promoted to Senior Associate in recognition of her work within the consumer investment ecosystem.

King has focused on identifying investment opportunities while building relationships with founders and strategic partners across the sector.

Her contributions include helping source Norwest’s investment in Maman, while also supporting the firm’s pipeline of additional consumer-focused opportunities.

Enterprise Technology Investor Recognized

Nikhil Goel has also advanced to Senior Associate after contributing to Norwest’s enterprise technology investment strategy.

His work spans technology solutions supporting finance, human resources, and agentic payments.

Goel sourced investments in Jedify and Coval while participating in due diligence efforts for several companies, including Kustomer, Rive, Kosmos, and Generalist, helping evaluate opportunities across the technology landscape.

Compliance Leadership Expanded

Norwest promoted Larissa Tashchuk to Senior Compliance Associate, recognizing her role in overseeing important compliance and operational initiatives throughout the organization.

She has managed the implementation and continued administration of FloQast, assisted with the deployment of Ramp, and collaborated closely with teams across both Norwest and Wells Fargo to support regulatory and operational processes.

Finance Team Strengthened Through Internal Promotion

Angelina Futter has been named Senior Finance Associate following her contributions to the firm’s financial operations.

She oversees the management company ledger while introducing processes that have improved the speed, accuracy, and documentation of financial close activities.

Her attention to detail and proactive approach have made her an important member of Norwest’s finance team, supporting the firm’s ongoing operational efficiency.
