France international and Bayern Munich forward Michael Olise has become the focus of an intensely personal dispute after the mother of his 20-month-old daughter publicly accused him of failing to play an active role in the child’s life.
The allegations were made by 34-year-old Fatima Zaunbrecher, who spoke publicly for the first time about their former relationship and the legal disagreements that have followed the birth of their daughter, Aaliyah Noor.
She described the footballer as “heartless” and questioned his commitment as a father, while also criticizing the level of financial support she says he offered.
Mother Claims Communication Is Limited to Lawyers
In an interview with German publication BILD, Zaunbrecher alleged that Olise has not spoken directly to her since their daughter was born nearly two years ago.
According to her account, all communication has instead been handled through legal representatives.
She also expressed frustration over the financial arrangements proposed for the child’s upbringing, describing the amount as inadequate and insisting it did not reflect the footballer’s earning capacity.
However, sources close to Olise have disputed those claims, maintaining that the Bayern Munich star has never refused to meet his daughter and has offered what they consider appropriate financial support.
Romance Began While Olise Played in England
Zaunbrecher explained that the pair first connected through Instagram in 2022 while she was living in Düsseldorf and Olise was playing for Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
According to her, they exchanged messages for around two months before meeting in south London for their first date.
She recalled that they quickly developed a strong connection, citing their similar personalities and shared North African heritage.
She said both preferred quiet environments over parties and crowds, adding that Olise respected her wish to take the relationship slowly during their first meeting.
Afterward, she regularly traveled from Germany to London to spend time with him.
Relationship Reportedly Deteriorated
Despite what she described as a promising start, Zaunbrecher claimed the relationship later became strained.
She alleged that disagreements frequently arose because Olise spent extensive periods playing on his PlayStation instead of spending time with her.
She also claimed suspicions of infidelity further damaged their relationship, eventually leading her to end the romance.
According to her account, just two weeks after the breakup, she discovered she was pregnant.
Paternity Confirmed Through DNA Test
Zaunbrecher said Olise requested that a paternity test be conducted in Munich before accepting responsibility for the child.
She stated that the DNA test confirmed the footballer is Aaliyah Noor’s biological father.
Alongside its report, BILD published what it claimed was documentation verifying the paternity finding.
Despite the confirmed result, the former couple remain involved in an ongoing legal disagreement concerning parental contact and financial support.
Olise’s Representatives Reject Key Allegations
People close to the 24-year-old footballer have pushed back against several of Zaunbrecher’s claims, insisting he has not rejected contact with either his daughter or her mother.
They also dispute suggestions that he has failed to meet his parental responsibilities, arguing that suitable financial support has been offered and that claims of outright refusal are inaccurate.
